Effective November 1, 2006, the following Compensation Rates for classes A2, B, C & D applies to all CCD Attorney Assigned Cases.
Effective January 8, 2007, the following Compensation Rates for class A1 applies to all CCD Attorney Assigned Cases.
Note:  Compensation Rates are based upon when the Attorney or Investigator Accepted the case assignment and remain in effect until the case or assignment has been completed.
